Our philosophy and safety management systems

Occupational Health and Safety is an integral part of IEE Global philosophy and management systems. It promotes and maintains a safe and healthy working environment for all our employees and contract personnel.

As such, it remains an essential part of our management system to continually review and improve our occupational health and safety policy to ensure we remain compliant with Australian Standard 4801:2001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).

We are dedicated to providing a protected work environment for our employees. Our policies set in motion are our commitment 
to our employees and contract personnel to safeguard our operations to ensure we manufacture and supply within strict guidelines that promote respect for the environment we all live in.

We ensure adequate resources are available when required to implement and maintain our policies.

Injury Management Policy

Our Injury Management Policy sets out IEE Global responsibility and intentions to employees and contractors who sustain work-related injuries, disabilities, or illnesses.

The purpose of the policy is to establish and implement an injury management strategy that allows us to follow the appropriate course of action for the rehabilitation of any employee or contractor who has sustained a work-related illness, injury, or disability.

It outlines our duties and procedures in the unfortunate event of an accident or illness and implements the appropriate incident management services for employment or gainful employment according to the Code of Practice established under that Act.

Environmental Policy

IEE Global is committed to minimising the impact our business has on the environment. All aspects of our operations are regulated to ensure a statutory and socially acceptable level of practice through proactive implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Environmental Health and Safety Management Plan.

Our Environmental Policy ensures we manufacture within strict environmental rules and regulations and allows us to address or raise any issues or concerns regarding our practices.

We recognize and believe we are fully responsible for protecting the environment and duly report and investigate any environmental mishaps or accidents fully and responsibly. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations to ensure our activities and processes are accounted for.
